NDSC offers a variety of options for adult players. Our club has teams and programs ranging from Men's Open, Women's Open, Over 35 Men and Masters play. All Adult teams and team entries should contact admin@ndasc.ca for information about entering their team into one of our programs. Team lists are used to place registered players with the team group. Place are first-come, first-serve and are not held for players. Players must register by the deadline. Individual players, please read the information below to find out how to join our club.

Outdoor Leagues (May-August)

Men's League (2008 born or earlier)

• Mondays @ 7:00 pm / 9:00pm (random rotation schedule) on natural grass and artificial turf fields
• Teams will play a handful of mid week games to accommodate the full league schedule, referees and field availability
• 11v11
• 20 player roster maximum
• Uniforms not included, but can be ordered from our equipment partners at Source for Sports North Bay for a team deal
• 90-minute games (2 x 45 minute halves)
• All players are required to register through PowerUp and complete all Ontario Soccer Waivers
• Player Fee: $275 before May 15, 2026

Women's League (2008 born or earlier)

• Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 7:00 pm / 9:00pm (random rotation schedule) on natural grass and artificial turf fields

• Please note this is a pick up soccer league all field times are 2 hours and drop in style
